Paul Karmiryan, also known as Agent X from the “South of the Border” music video (featuring Ed Sheeran, Camila Cabello, Cardi B, and Alexis Ren), is a renowned actor, dancer, producer, and choreographer. His breakout came as a top finalist and All-Star alum on FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance, where he appeared across five seasons. Karmiryan has since showcased his talents in popular movies and TV shows, including Hulu’s Veronica Mars with Kristen Bell, ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, Netflix’s Along for the Ride and One Day at a Time, Snapchat’s Dead Girl Detective Agency, FOX’s Glee, various shows on Disney, Nickelodeon, ABC, and more.

Beyond performance, Karmiryan has contributed his choreography skills to numerous shows and brands. His credits include Freeform’s Good Trouble (Seasons 1 & 2), CW’s Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, the Headspace app, India’s Dance Plus 3, China’s Super Dancer Born Tonight, and Vietnam’s Paris by Night. He has also toured nationally with Dancing with the Stars, Derek and Julianne Hough’s MOVE tour, and the So You Think You Can Dance tour. Notably, he has performed at the Oscars three times, the EMAs with Ed Sheeran, the Billboard Music Awards with Paula Abdul, and collaborated with Andrea Bocelli for his PBS special.

Karmiryan’s international experience includes both performing with and being a part of the choreography team for a wide range of artists, such as Ed Sheeran (Paul was Ed’s dance instructor for the iconic “Thinking Out Loud” music video, now with over 4 billion views), Camila Cabello (“My Oh My” music video), Justin Bieber (“That’s What Love Is” music video), and Ally Brooke (“No Good” music video).
